Varuko users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@varuko.com from the email address associated with your Varuko account.
Use the subject line: Varuko Account Deletion Request
Include your name and the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
Data that will be deleted
After verification, Varuko will delete or de-identify account information and associated user data that is no longer required to provide the service, including profile information, workout records, goals, social data, and related account content, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Data that may be retained
Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, maintain security, or satisfy legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
Timing
We review and verify email requests before scheduling deletion. Voluntary account deletion includes a 60-day recovery period once deletion is scheduled. If the account is not restored during that period, associated deletable data is permanently deleted, except information that must be retained under applicable law.
